Shipping, Pickup and Returns
Applies to physical products in our shop. Digital guides are covered by the Refund and Delivery Policy.
Shipping rates
- Delivery address in Colorado: $20.00 flat per order.
- Delivery address in any of the other 49 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii: $50.00 flat per order.
- We do not ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses or outside the United States.
The rate is based on the state of the delivery address entered at checkout, and that address is locked into the payment page.
Processing and delivery times
- Order cutoff: 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Orders placed after the cutoff, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day.
- Handling: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Transit, contiguous US: 3 to 7 business days.
- Transit, Alaska and Hawaii: 7 to 14 business days.

Free pickup
Choose free pickup at checkout to collect your order at 8200 E Pacific Pl. Unit 306, Denver, CO 80231. Orders are usually ready within 1 to 3 business days. Please wait for our ready-for-pickup notification before coming in, then arrange a collection time with us at (720) 324-1577 or Ariel@advantageabatement.com. Pickup is local only and is not free delivery.
Availability
In stock. Orders ship or are ready for pickup within 1 to 3 business days.
Returns
- Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup.
- Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- No restocking fee.
- No direct exchanges. To swap an item, return the eligible unopened item and place a new order.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping.
- Original outbound shipping is nonrefundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or wrong item).

Refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5 to 10 calendar days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
