Who we are
This website is operated by Advantage Environmental Abatement, LLC, 8200 E Pacific Pl. Unit 306, Denver, CO 80231. By using the site or buying a digital guide you agree to these terms.
Digital guides
Guides are delivered as PDF downloads immediately after payment. Each purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to read, print and reference the guide. Reselling, republishing or distributing the file, in whole or in part, is not permitted. Contractors who want a team-wide license can email us for a company rate.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in United States dollars on each product page and at checkout. Orders are processed through Square. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund before delivery.
Refunds
Guide purchases carry a 30 day, no questions asked refund. Full details are in our Refund and Delivery Policy.
Guidance, not a professional inspection
Our guides explain Colorado rules and industry practice in plain language. They are educational and do not replace a certified inspection, laboratory testing, an engineer or legal advice for your specific property. Regulations change; always confirm current requirements with CDPHE and your local building department before starting work.
Abatement services
Estimates, scopes of work and warranties for abatement, demolition, mold and lead services are governed by the signed written contract for that project, not by these terms. Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Colorado law, our total liability arising from a guide purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that guide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
